Last night, we did something unusual at our house.

We had some chocolate pudding for dessert.

When I put it in front of her, Emma asked what it was.

“Pudding.” I said.  “You can eat it with your spoon.”

“Oh, Pudding?” she replied?

“Yes, and it tastes like chocolate.”

“Oh, Chocolate?”

What followed was a very cute, precious little moment.

Emma carefully dipped her spoon into the pudding and had a taste.

“Mommy, chocolate very good!!” she said.

All I could do was smile and agree with her, as she continued to enjoy her dessert.

BTW, how are you feeling? About when should the new baby arrive? I’m too lazy/math impaired to calculate dates.

Feeling better these days, thanks! Now that I’ve been through this twice, I feel confident in asserting that it’s from week 7 – 12 of pregancy (at least for me) that are fatigue-filled. (And the first time around, there was more nausia – much less this time).

Now I’m in the ‘easy’ part of pregnancy. Not tired anymore, and not yet physically burdened by the large size issues.

Arrival date is roughly the end of the first week of May ’08.
